Rajashree Varma, CEO/Founder	Rajashree founded Arth Systems with vision to provide specialized custom development and technical readiness to Microsoft ISVs with high quality service and in time delivery. She has strong interpersonal, leadership, communication and team building skills. She has extensive 11+ years of development, project management experience at organizations including Microsoft, Applied Microsystems, Datamatics, CyberTech, Modular Infotech. At Microsoft she managed more than 100 US ISVs as an Architect Evangelist. She holds Bachelor of Computer Engineering from University of Pune, India from Cummins College of Engineering and Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Pune University. Also volunteered as a Business Manager for non-profit networking entrepreneurial organization TiE Seattle in 2007 and currently actively heading the Women SIG and Breakfast Series Groups.



Sachin Joshi, Business Development Manager	Sachin has a bachelors in Production engineering from the Pune University. He started as a software engineer with Zensar technologies, a Pune based IT solutions company. In his five years spent with Zensar he was responsible for delivering software solutions to Zensar’s geographically diverse clients. He worked on projects in the U.K, South Africa, Australia and ended as the project manager for the Seattle region. Sachin then joined Microsoft Corporation where he worked in leadership roles in software development, testing and program management. Sachin became the executive director of TIE-Seattle in January of 2007. He was responsible for growing the team from about 7 to over 20 and significantly expand the activities of the Seattle chapter.



Padma Sambath, Technical Manager	Padma's key strengths in designing, development, testing, troubleshooting various Windows applications including mobile platforms bring Arth Systems the solid and diversified technical background needed in this dynamic technological era. She also has thorough experience in managing the projects and teams from scratch to their completion while demonstrating her excellent goal oriented approach achieving successful delivery and customer satisfaction. She has a MS in Computer Science from University of Texas at Arlington and a BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Chennai, India, as well as a MA in Public Administration from Chennai.
